Lose the weight. One of the best and long-term solutions of reducing your snores is to lose your excess weight. When you are obese, the passageway for the air becomes constricted. Thus, you tend to produce the sound when you are asleep. With lesser weight, you can expand your airways.

Avoid eating before going to bed. This is one of the reasons why midnight snacks may not be ideal after all. Besides giving you more pounds to get rid of, the food will eventually cause your stomach to become full or bloated. Get rid of colds or sinusitis. When your nasal passageway is reduced, you can also create snores. You may suffer from nasal blockage if you have colds. This is because of the build-up of mucus. Your biological structure may also cause non-stop snoring such as having deviated septum. Usually, the doctor may suggest surgery.
